A Chester County man charged with armed robbery was released from prison after his charges were withdrawn by the Commonwealth.
Prior to trial, Mr. Sardella filed a Motion with the Court alleging that the District Attorney’s Office did not have sufficient evidence to proceed against his client. As a result, all charges were withdrawn and Mr. Sardella’s client was set free.
